Order delivery overview
Right after placing your order, our specialists from the Customer Support will call you and agree on the delivery time and place. Be sure to specify a convenient address and time for receiving your order, as you’ll have to sign on a document that you’ve successfully received it.
We are working with 3 delivery companies, which will be assigned to your order during the conversation with our customer service specialist and the additional details will be added to the delivery order email. Also, the delivery is free of cost.
Estimated delivery time and tracking process
For a product that is already in stock at our store, the delivery time will take from 3 to 5 days.
The custom products, exclusive jewellery and the items that are currently out of stock, the delivery time will take from 10 to 14 days.
Once you agree all the delivery details with our customer support specialist, you’ll receive an email, containing your tracking number and the website where you could track your order based on that number.
Changing delivery order data
The delivery order’s details cannot be changed, once they were confirmed with our customer service specialist.
